<p>Data released by MHCLG showing dwelling stock esitmates for each district nationally, from 2001 to 2023 (2023 data is marked provisional).</p> <p>This dataset is being created in order to generate a URL, as none appears to be availabel from MHCLG. However there is no change to the source data which can be downloaded fomr MHCLG by following the lined resources.</p> <p>The reason for wanting a URL is to experiment with building the suggested new formula for number of new homes needed, set out in National Planning Policy Framework consultiton as at Spetember 2024.</p>
