Total number of registered learners who class themselves as Black ethnicity on a Cambridgeshire Adult Learning Fund (CALF) course based on the location of the course venue, between the academic years of 2010/2011 to 2014/2015. This includes Black Caribbean, Black African, and any other Black background.
