Building on the 2019 Net Zero Cambridgeshire report, literature reviews, and wide engagement with local system partners, this report proposes a decarbonisation fund in which Cambridgeshire businesses could invest to fund carbon neutral and carbon negative projects in the area while lowering their own carbon footprints.
