This CSV data is provided nationally by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) and groups all homes into age band and council tax band. The age bands are:
- Built before 1900
- Built 1900 to 1918
- Built 1919 to 1929
- Built 1930 to 1939
- Built 1945 to 1954
- Built 1955 to 1964
- Built 1965 to 1972
- Built 1973 to 1982
- Built 1983 to 1992
- Built 1993 to 1999
- Built 2000 to 2009
- Built 2010 to 2015
- Built date unknown
- Total (simply the number of homes in each age band, totalled).
Council tax bands are provided as values A to G.
The data is labelled with a local 2011 LSOA name, which denotes a rough correlation to ward names. Furhter detail on the naming will be added to this site soon.
