From this report we can see our workforce includes 3.4% of colleagues who have chosen to stay employed with us for over 25 years - something we will continually celebrate.
The average age of a Cambridgeshire County Council colleague is 45 years old, and 4 out of 5 of our colleagues are female. 193 colleagues took either maternity, paternity or adoption leave or shared parental leave within this period.
